3. I can sing along to every John Denver song.
2. Vanity is folly. I am 43 and I have new braces on my teeth. Orthodontia at my age is a bit ridiculous and there are days when I wonder if it’s worth it; mostly on the days when I want to make out like a thirteen year old girl with my crush-and metal mouth hurts.
1. We should bring back the typewriter. I miss mine. It was a manual one. It died, or I ran out of ribbon, or white-out or something. I always imagined I’d write a book, or a great love letter, or my Nobel peace prize acceptance speech on it. I didn’t.
